To access the policy & procedure bulletins on the TOWS site:

• First, you must be logged in.
• Then click on the National Sales Programs button on the left navigation bar
• Then click on US Government Car Rental Program.
• Last, scroll down and you will see a section called Government Policy & Procedure bulletins.

• Then click on Administration
