As an Independent Operator, you will hire your staff, market your operation and set your own sales goals while Thrifty provides you with marketing and training support throughout your venture.

Here's how our model works:

• Independent Operators are not Thrifty employees or franchisees. The business is yours to manage and lead.
• Unlike a Franchise location, Thrifty does not require a large capital investment
• We do not solicit royalty payments for the use of our brand and trademark.
• You are not burdened with an investment in fleet assets. We provide the latest model Daimler Chrysler vehicles to serve your customers and grow your profitability.
• You generate revenue for yourself by earning a percentage of time and mileage from rental revenue, as well as incremental rental sales such as Damage Waiver protection and GPS navigational units. 
• You must be dedicated to superior customer service and develop a community focused market.  Join civic organizations and sponsor local teams or events to become involved with your customer base.

Our model calls for exceptional individuals with entrepreneurial skills to accomplish this initiative. Vehicle rental experience is helpful, but is not a prerequisite for success.
