• U.S. agents must present a photo IATAN card or employee ID card at the counter.
• Agents who reside and work outside the U.S. must present one of the following:
  • A business card
  • A letter from their agency
  • Agency letterhead which attests to their agent status

Other restrictions

• Agents must book one day in advance by GDS or phone using PCTA05.
  Discount applies to time and mileage/kilometers only.
• Maximum rental is seven days.
• Discount is available on all standard rates for economy through full-size vehicles only
   (not applicable to discounted rates).
• Must be airport-arriving with a pickup within two hours of arrival.
• Car must be returned to the renting location.
• No frequent flyer miles will be awarded for rentals using this discount.
• This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
