Loyalty Program Award Request Form for car rentals

Thank you for making Thrifty part of your travel plans. To receive Loyalty awards, your account number and associated program must be given at the time of rental. Awards will be given to the primary renter listed on the rental agreement of which the name must match the account registered with the loyalty program. Only one Loyalty program award is allowed per rental. After a completed rental, awards may take up to 60 days to be posted to a customer's Loyalty program account.

This email form will be answered on a first-come basis during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.Complimentary rentals, rentals in conjunction with wholesale tour packages, travel industry discounts, insurance replacement, body shop rentals, or special promotional rate rentals are not eligible for mileage credit.
