Terms & Conditions
- A minimum of two rentals per year are required to maintain account.
- Company ID may be required at time of rental to ensure receipt of all applicable corporate rates and benefits.
- Rates include unlimited mileage in renting and bordering states. However, repeated excessive mileage (mileage which routinely exceeds 4,200 miles/kms per month) may result in immediate rate or mileage changes to the corporate account program. Applies to all Continental USA locations and major Canadian airport locations.
- No additional driver fees if employee of Company or spouse of employee. Benefit applies only when renting at SmartBiz rate.
- Listed program rates are for time and mileage only. Taxes, city and/or state surcharges, fuel, airport fees, optional products, services and coverages are extra.
- Terms of the SmartBiz agreement are only valid on the car types listed and all benefits are void if the rental agreement is violated.
- U.S. surcharge areas: Manhattan $15/day and all other New York State locations $9/day. Rentals in Manhattan may be subject to a Cost Recovery Fee and are not available during certain black-out dates. Canadian surcharges in select cities may apply.
- No midweek or one-day rental surcharges apply.
- SmartBiz rates are non-commissionable except when booked on www.thrifty.com using travel agent IATA number.
- Authorized one-way charges will apply and are quoted at the time of reservation.
- Rates and benefits are subject to change without prior notification.
