Quail Creek Country Club

Titan Missile Museum
Just a few miles drive in yourThrifty rental car is the nearby Titan Missile Museum. It’s the only remaining Titan II site open to the public, offering visitors a glimpse at life during the time when the U.S. and the former Soviet Union were locked in a bitter cold war. Military history enthusiasts may enjoy browsing the Museum Store for items such as Titan II, Civil Defense and other memorabilia, including pocket dosimeters used to detect radiation, rebar salvaged from Titan II missile sites, and replicas of an actual Titan II launch key. The store also sells educational toys and books, as well as adult and children's sweat shirts, tee shirts, caps and more.

Torres Blancas Golf Club
Just south of the city in your Thrifty rental car lies the Torres Blancas Golf Club. Nestled at the foot of the beautiful Santa Rita Mountains, this club offers a championship course which meanders through charming neighborhoods and breathtaking desert scenery. This is a par 72 course with three lakes, numerous sand traps and generous, rolling greens. There are five sets of tees to challenge golfers of all abilities. The course features a maximum yardage of 7,111 from the tournament tees to 5,010 yards from the forward tees. A stop inside the pro shop offers a wide selection of attire and golf supplies (open from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily).
